Senior National Account Manager

At Weaver Brands, partnership is at the core of how we grow. Our success is built on strong relationships—with our customers, our teams, and the retailers who bring our products to life across the equine, pet, and livestock markets. We’re looking for a Senior National Accounts Manager to help strengthen those partnerships and lead the growth of our largest national customers.

In this role, you’ll shape the strategies, programs, and conversations that drive sales success with major farm & ranch and pet specialty accounts. You’ll work closely with buyers, build trusted relationships, and ensure our customers experience the same level of care and craftsmanship that defines the Weaver brand. If you enjoy strategic account work, thrive on building relationships, and are motivated by driving results in a values-driven company, this could be a great fit for you.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national account buyers through consistent communication, planning, and onsite visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Weaver Brands’ national presence.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, promotional programs, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and ensure timely follow-through on sales activities and reporting.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and planning to forecast demand and support inventory needs.
  • Manage efficient travel schedules and represent Weaver Brands at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of progressive sales or national account management experience within consumer goods or manufacturing/distribution.
  • Proven success managing major retail or distributor accounts, including pricing, promotions, and program negotiations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with farm & ranch retailers or pet specialty channels strongly preferred.
  • Customer-focused, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%; hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered based on location.

Why Weaver Brands?

At Weaver Brands, we believe great partnerships start with great people. In this role, you’re not just managing accounts—you’re shaping strategy, strengthening relationships, and representing a brand built on craftsmanship, trust, and long-term growth. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-driven, growing company.

If you’re ready to make an impact and help drive national account growth, we’d love to hear from you.
