Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily workflow of the Maintenance Department and support our mission of keeping equipment production-ready and our work environment safe and efficient.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of the maintenance team.
- Lead maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance requests, improvement projects, and repairs.
- Train, coach, and support maintenance employees in safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and overall development of maintenance team members.
- Review and approve time and attendance records and departmental documentation.
- Use computer-based systems to track work orders, document activities, and communicate effectively.
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
- Collaborate across departments to support operational needs and continual improvement initiatives.

- Is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to high-quality work.
- Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or facility systems strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
