Maintenance Supervisor

At Weaver Brands, our production teams rely on safe, well-maintained equipment and a maintenance operation that runs with consistency, teamwork, and care. We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily workflow of the Maintenance Department and support our mission of keeping equipment production-ready and our work environment safe and efficient.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of the maintenance team.
  • Lead maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance requests, improvement projects, and repairs.
  • Train, coach, and support maintenance employees in safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and overall development of maintenance team members.
  • Review and approve time and attendance records and departmental documentation.
  • Use computer-based systems to track work orders, document activities, and communicate effectively.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational needs and continual improvement initiatives.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Brings strong leadership skills and a desire to support and develop others.
  • Has a solid mechanical aptitude with experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
  • Communicates well and works collaboratively across teams.
  • Is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or facility systems strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
