  • Lead product training efforts for Sales, Customer Care, and end-users.
  • Coordinate sourcing and distribution of promotional items such as branded hats, shirts, and other gear.
  • Manage product testing phases—including planning, tracking, and analyzing feedback to drive improvements.
  • Assist in setting development goals, forecasting sales, and contributing to pricing strategies.
  • Support go-to-market planning in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Provide Marketing with product specs and benefit information to support packaging, catalog listings, and digital content.
  • Act as a point of contact for tracking performance concerns and collecting new product ideas.
  • Work closely with leadership to align new product initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer and team feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication on project timelines and development progress with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track sales performance of new products and ensure effective adoption across sales channels.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Prior experience in product development, R&D coordination, or related roles in livestock or agriculture industries.
  • Strong understanding of livestock production practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with data tracking tools a plus.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work out of our Mt. Hope, OH headquarters; some travel may be required.
