Warehouse Stocker

At Weaver Brands, teamwork, reliability, and pride in our work are at the heart of everything we do. Our warehouse team plays an essential role in keeping materials moving efficiently so our manufacturing and distribution operations can serve customers well. We’re looking for a Warehouse Stocker who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain appropriate bin levels by stocking and replenishing raw materials, manufactured goods, and distributed products.
  • Pick up finished goods from manufacturing departments, verify quality and quantity, and stock items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Use computers and handheld devices to check inventory levels and complete transactions accurately.
  • Assemble, organize, and move bins as assigned by supervision.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Restock, retag, and properly return items to inventory.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Assist with unloading containers and freight shipments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Is at least 18 years of age.
  • Has warehouse experience and familiarity with operating material handling equipment (preferred, not required).
  • Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Works well independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Has basic math and computer skills.
  • Is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.
  • Can lift up to 75 lbs. safely, wear a full-body safety harness, and perform work involving heights, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement.
