Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Weaver Brands is seeking a hands-on Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead and develop our order picking team in our distribution center. This role will oversee daily workflow, accuracy, and efficiency in the order fulfillment process while supporting a safe and positive work environment. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will coach and develop employees, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to meet departmental goals.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct and monitor daily workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Supervise, train, and coach team members to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Assist in the hiring process, including interviews and hiring recommendations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage progressive discipline when needed.
  • Promote employee morale, teamwork, and engagement through positive leadership.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and department records.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve department and company objectives.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Previous distribution center or order fulfillment experience; supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. safely.
