Customer Care Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team and help us deliver the kind of service that makes a lasting impression. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers count on answering questions, processing orders, and helping ensure every experience with Weaver Brands is a great one.
The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer customer and consumer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care.
- Process orders, returns, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on proper use, sizing, and maintenance.
- Share information on promotions, programs, and new products that add value for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests and ensure smooth communication.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on products and processes.
Our ideal applicant:
- Brings prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments
- Communicates clearly and enjoys helping others
- Is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Has strong computer and data-entry skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- This position is based on-site at our Mt. Hope, OH office. Regular in-office presence is required to support collaboration and customer service excellence.
