Customer Care Supervisor

At Weaver Brands, service is more than a department, it’s how we show care for our customers, our team, and our mission. We’re looking for a Customer Care Supervisor who shares that heart for service and thrives on helping people succeed.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team that’s often the first voice and connection our customers experience with Weaver. You’ll create an environment where every team member feels supported, equipped, and inspired to deliver exceptional service with accuracy, warmth, and pride.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and support the daily work of the Customer Care team to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate service.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and encouragement — helping them grow both personally and professionally.
  • Model genuine care and empathy when resolving escalated customer needs, turning challenges into opportunities to serve.
  • Partner with leadership and other departments to strengthen processes and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding to build a strong, service-minded team.
  • Monitor key service metrics and share updates that help celebrate wins and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep clear, organized records for attendance, performance, and communication.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Brings prior experience in customer service (supervisory experience is a strong plus!)
  • Communicates clearly and demonstrates strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Stays organized and keeps projects moving forward
  • Enjoys supporting a team and helping people grow
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • This position is based on-site at our Mt. Hope, OH office. Regular in-office presence is required.
