Metal Shop Fabricator & Welder

We’re looking for a Metal Shop Fabricator & Welder to join our skilled production team and help bring our products to life.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fabricate and weld metal components used to build standard and custom products such as show boxes, grooming chutes, and trimming stands.
- Operate metalworking equipment including welders, saws, drills, presses, and various hand tools.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and measurements to ensure product accuracy and quality.
- Inspect completed work to meet company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing ideas that enhance processes or product quality.
Our ideal applicant:
- Has welding or metal fabrication experience (preferred but not required).
- Can accurately read measurements and safely operate fabrication equipment.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship.
- Manages time effectively and maintains steady production output.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Is at least 18 years of age.
- Is able to lift up to 100 lbs. safely and perform physical shop work.
- Is able to work onsite at our Mt. Hope, Ohio facility.
